Verifying your betM account is a straightforward 2-step process. Here's how you can complete it:

Photographic Identification: In the Verification section, simply upload your Driver’s License, Passport, or Medicare card details. We will conduct necessary checks in the background.

Proof of Address: To ensure the security and compliance of your betM account, we may need to verify your current address. If your address isn't displayed on your photographic identification (as outlined in Clause 3.4 of our General T&C's), please follow these steps:
Obtain an unredacted and unobscured original copy of one of the following documents (dated no more than 3 months prior to submission to betM):
- A rates notice
- A utility bill
- A statement from a financial institution
- Any other certified document that betM may request if necessary.
