Our Terms and Conditions state:
“If Minors have access to a mobile device, smartphone, laptop, tablet, computer, or any other device that a member uses to access their Account, MGB strongly recommends that a child protection software package is installed onto that equipment, such as Net Nanny. The betM Website and Mobile Application, while containing strict rules about Members not posting undesirable or inappropriate content in any circumstances (see Clause 20 in our Terms and Conditions), are still strictly intended only for use by persons aged eighteen (18) years and over.”
